I appreciate the time, the care and attention, given whenever I came to have work done. I truly think Caleb is great at what he does. I will miss you guys. I had panned to return, for work that needed to get done, I paid a deposit and probably wont get that back, unfortunately I no longer have the 23 envision. My car was totaled out by my insurance after I was hit in an accident.

I’ve been a long‑time Carl Black GMC customer since purchasing my Sierra new from them in 2003. On July 9, 2026, I visited for a routine oil change and asked for an A/C evaluation. The service department performed a full inspection I didn’t request and presented a long list of recommended repairs. In total, the suggested repairs exceeded $7,500, a level of upsell that felt disproportionate to the simple services I came in for. During the A/C diagnostic, they recharged the system and initially found no leaks. While the system was running under pressure, the high‑pressure service port began leaking refrigerant. The technician noted that the fan‑clutch might be contributing to higher system pressures, but this was described only as a possible issue. Despite that uncertainty, the recommended repairs were priced and presented as if the problem were confirmed. This led to an aggressive upsell, including an $800 fan‑clutch replacement and a $425 A/C recharge, and they refused to recharge the system unless I approved both. I chose not to proceed and instead went to Christian Brothers Automotive, who recharged the system for $345, added dye, and verified the repair. The A/C now works prop

Awesome! Best experience ever purchasing a car!!! Andres Cruz and the entire staff were amazing. Knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service. The front desk clerk, the finance department and even the other salesman..that was a Marine....that help me program the Truck before I left the lot! Outstanding job Carl Black!!!
